In this week's video, I walk you through creating a line drawing of a 3/4 turn on a male model from our weekly Friday Follow-Along series!

I'm starting with the Procreate app and moving on to Photoshop, and I show you how I transfer the initial line drawing to paper.

One of the most popular questions I get is, How much detail should I include in my initial sketch? It really boils down to your own comfort level.

You can include more lines and details if it makes you feel more confident in your work. Do whatever it takes to help you create the best outcome! :)

Make no mistake, these first steps are critical to a successful art piece.

Enjoy!

What's Essential in a New Drawing

This video goes from line drawing in Procreate to printing and transferring to my paper surface.
